A warm, brand-led café and restaurant environment — designed and built by one team, under one roof.
When a name like Cadbury trusts you with a hospitality space, every detail has to feel considered. Our brief was to create a café and restaurant environment that felt warm, welcoming and unmistakably on-brand — a place guests want to linger in.
We took the project from concept design and material selection through to bespoke in-house fabrication, so the people who drew the space were the same people who built it. That continuity is where the detail lives.
It also meant fewer surprises. Because our designers and our makers work under the same roof, a detail that looks good on screen gets pressure-tested against how it will actually be built, finished and maintained long before anything reaches site. The render and the reality stay honest to each other.
From Concept to Craft
Layout, lighting, joinery and finishes were developed together rather than in isolation — balancing the practical flow of a busy hospitality space with the comfort and atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
We paid particular attention to the things guests never consciously notice but always feel: the warmth of the lighting, the acoustics of a full room, the way a counter invites you to step towards it. Materials were chosen to wear in rather than wear out, so the space still looks intentional months and years after opening — not just on launch day.
The result is an environment that does quiet, consistent work for the brand every time someone walks through the door.
